DORIS B. GONZALEZ, Kyndryl, New York City

As director of delivery management for Career Pathways in the CIO organization at Kyndryl, Doris is using her wealth of experiences in communications, corporate philanthropy, community relations and global mobility services, to attract talent to Kyndryl. In this role, she helps employees build their skills by continuously offering them the enriching experiences like job rotation, matching them with mentors, providing training and other significant opportunities for career growth. Her goal is to give Kyndryls the best experience at any stage of their career path. Doris has worked in various capacities for IBM Corporation, the NYC Department of Education, the NYC School Construction Authority and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority where she began her professional career right out of college, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Baruch College-City University of New York. She lives in the Bronx with her daughter.
