Dr. Alexander, an accomplished physicist as well as jazz saxophonist and professor at Brown University, is currently the President of the National Science of Black Physicists[1] and a long-term visiting scientist in the Simons Foundation’s Flatiron Institute in its Center for Computational Astrophysics. Dr=. Alexander is a major voice for diversifying talent working in and conducting research in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) fields.
