Brandy Coleman

Brandy Coleman is a graduate student pursuing a Master of Arts in the Design and Development of Digital Games at Teachers College, Columbia University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Anthropology with a minor in Archaeology from Hunter College, graduating cum laude.
Brandy brings a strong background in academic administration, digital communications, and archival systems, with extensive experience supporting students, faculty, and underserved research trainees at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. Her professional experience spans higher education, libraries, admissions, and program coordination, with a consistent focus on organization, communication, and community support.
With a growing technical skill set in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Unity, Brandy is passionate about digital games, interactive storytelling, and inclusive design. She is an award-winning game creator, having received recognition at Global Game Jam 2024 and for her academic game design work. At HGS, Brandy is excited to contribute her interdisciplinary perspective to projects that connect gaming, education, and community engagement.
